Throughout the entire process, I found Bobbie's personal demeanor vastly comforting and reassuring. She was always calm, patient, informative, and straightforward. After talking to Bobbie I always felt the improbable was possible... My husband and I feel that we had the very best experience buyers could hope for. We deeply appreciate Bobbie for her efforts on our behalf.

You were very conscientious and meticulous ensuring all the details of escrow were going as planned and keeping us on the ball with the time lines set by the purchase contract. If it weren’t for you, I’m sure everything wouldn’t have gone as well as it did. We decided to take a different avenue on financing than you had suggested and we used a friend instead. At first our friend was very accommodating; we believed and trusted his judgment but eventually he was unable to follow through on his commitment. The loan fell through 1 ½ weeks before closing. Lo and behold, Super Bobbie came in and saved the day! You had us back into our original loan, approved, locked and ready to move forward within 24 hours…without hesitation, we plan to use you on all future transactions.
